H. Upmann Epicures are a light bodied smoke, named after their Epicure vitola with measurements of 110mm with a 35 ring gauge.
Classic flavours from the Upmann range are at play here, with earthy tobacco and herbal notes being prominent. We also found additional rustic flavours of leather and musk around the halfway point.
These make an excellent morning smoke on a summer day or a brief evening smoke alongside a full bodied scotch. You can expect to enjoy this Epicures for about 40 minutes.
These Epicures are the updated, hand rolled model, not to be mistaken with the older cellophane wrapped model that was produced by machine. The hand rolled production produces a much finer smoking experience. Recommended aging time for these is 2 years or more for maximum enjoyment.
