Overview: Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleurs
The Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleurs are a Petit Corona vitola, measuring 129 mm in length with a 42 ring gauge. The Mille Fleurs name translates from French to Thousand Flowers, giving a preview of what to expect from this smoke.
The Mille Fleurs begins with an expected floral aroma, once lit we found sweet notes of cocoa, cedar and a blast of florals with a light medium strength and body. In the second third the flavours increase only slightly, with the cocoa notes intensifying and a dash of pepper and new leather coming through.
Its straightforward profile is the perfect afternoon smoke, light enough to enjoy during an al fresco lunch or just pair it with a crisp Pinot Grigio to coax out the fresh flavours.
These cigars are a fantastic quality for price ration, using the finest tobaccos RyJ is known for, they are rolled by machine bringing the cost down and keeping the quality high. These are an excellent choice for beginners or those new to the world of Cubans.
We highly recommend smoking this cigar slowly, if pulled too hard the delicate bouquet of flowers will be lost, 50 minute smoke time should be expected from this pace. There is definite aging potential for this smoke, 3 years would be ideal for the complexities to build up.

The Romeo Mille Fleurs is a great average Habano, if there is such a thing. Good manners, even burn, even draw, nice medium light flavor. Nothing outstanding, yet nothing offensive. For a regular smoke at a great price, they can’t be beat.

A bit young, so the taste is a bit harsh at first, but still a solid smoke for the great price!! esp the two box price!! they have that special cuban flavor and if they get better with age…… a great deal too!

I like these for a quick smoke. Good flavor, just give them a little while to rest in your humidor first. Construction was perfect. I will buy these again.

I really wanted to like this cigar. But for my personal tastes it was just too harsh. Maybe it was because it was young, but I just couldn’t get past the strength to pick out any flavors that I was crazy about. Earth and horse blanket if that makes sense. I’d give these another shot should the opportunity present but I won’t be seeking these out.

I truly believe that taking everything in consederation(price, size, taste, flavour and construction)the mille fluer is an unbeatable cigar…all my life I’ve tried all different kinds of cigars and I always went back to my most favourite The romeo&julieta-mille fluer.I am not too fond of the partagas mille-fluer,for anyone who smokes more than one cigar a day the mille fluer must be your # 1 choice…try it at least once and you decide…It has the smooth delecious taste at first, than it becomes stronger…I love the first half of these cigars…it is like heaven to me…i am a cigar-lover for real.

These are a pretty solid choice overall. The burn is quite good, and the flavor is very nice – sweet florals, cream, a little earthy. Not much evolution or changes to it throughout the smoke, but it is consistent. A couple had almost no flavor, but the box was young and I had smoked those within a week of receiving them, so that’s probably on me more than anything
