According to the Chinese calendar, 2021 is the year of Ox, and this cigar is specially made to celebrate this and is primarily intended for the Chinese market. The cigars come in a very lavish box with 18 cigars. A total of 8888 boxes are released, then no more will be produced. This is the second time that Habanos has made a cigar for Chinese New Year. Last time it was Romeo y Julieta Maravillas, who then got to represent the year of the rat. The cigar contains among the best tobacco that Cuba can offer and maintains a profile that is true to the Hoyo de Monterrey brand, with pure tobacco taste, wood, grass and a light sweetness. This is embedded in a slightly creamy texture.
