Review notes: Beautifully made cigar. This brand too often gets a bad wrap. This cigar starts mild, with a very nice finish of cocoa and leather. A fine cigar that can be appreciated by a novice or experienced smoker.

Review notes: I must say this cigar suprised me a lot. I had read awful reviews about this cigar and when i was in France a few weeks ago I decided to give it a try. It was very nice light smoke with pleasant vanilla and woody flavors.

Review by Michael Appearance: 10 out of 10
  Construction: 10 out of 10
Average rating: 8.80 Flavor: 8 out of 10
Value: 8 out of 10

Review notes: This cigar has a different flavor profile than other Cubans. Mild floral taste with woodsy notes, it burned well, and was a nice diversion. Definitely a cigar I'd like to keep a few on hand for when that mood strikes.

Review notes: Crunchy confections that are mild ( but not too mild at all. They are very satisfying.). It's a light french cigar meal with gourmet qualities resonating diverse flavors from cream, custard, 'woody', and even sauteed mushrooms! This wide array of flavors inspired me to buy another box. Even so, it really is a good smoke at the base level. It could be a staple even. It's not too light. I guess that's why I called it crunchy. I don't like airy cigars or cigars too mild, and it's not. Not the cloying variety with spice or perfume, and just enough in body and strength. Again they are woody. I love them! LOL- I don't want to be partial to Cuban Lou's, but this was another exceptional item among many. I have had the flattest Quai D'orsay elsewhere ( it was in a larger size) but these will be fondly remembered for sure. 10's in construction and appearance too.
