Review notes: I usually order these and Montecristo #2's. This is an excellent cigar with great smooth flavor. In my opinion, there is no drop off between these and the Monte's. Great value for the price and one that you will not be disappointed in. |

Review notes: I'm a fan of Partagas cigars already.
This is quickly becoming my favorite cigar. It has a wonderful aroma, pre smoke.
It is very well constructed draws well and burns evenly. The flavor is superb, very hard to describe. Smooth yet a tad spicey and goes very well with a glass of single malt scotch. I will continue to order and savor this fine cigar. |

Review notes: I bought a five pack of these and needed to immediately smoke one, normally I wait at least 2-3 months to let them rest in the humidor but the “hunger” was too great.
I was not disappointed, great volumes of smoke and flavour bursting everywhere. Initially I trimmed the cap a bit long, but a quick clip and the draw was sorted…perfect draw with enough resistance to make you earn your Partagas Pleasure.
The flavour was strong, I picked up traces of oak and peat. A really “earthy” smoke and I did savour every bit. I had a large mug of coffee with it and they really worked well together. The only gripe I have, and it’s a minor one was that ½ way through it started to “tunnel” but rotate and invert for a couple of draws and back to an even burn again. I wish I had bought the 2 box deal back in Feburary. |

Review notes: Thank you for the excellent delivery time, took this box with me on my vacation to my winter home in Clearwater Beach Florida.Had another superise that the box you sent me was over 2 years old,June 06. I am sitting on my deck over looking the Gulf of Mexico, its 78 degrees and a beautiful day while enjoying this cigar, a Partagas Serie P No 2. I am a rookie to enjoying cuban cigars. This cigar has an excellent pre light aroma and taste, mild to my pallet, has a very easy draw, a salt and pepper looking tight ash that stayed on for a good 2 inches before breaking off.A spicy cigar that holds its flavor right to the end and has a creamy smoke.I will enjoy another stick while watching Hockey Night in Canada and drinking a large glass of Canadan Club Whiskey. Once again Thank You Cuban Lous, this cigar will have a home in my humidor. |

Review notes: Close to the Monte #2. I will continue to add these to my humadore every year. A great looking cigar. The burn is consistant. The flavor holds up until the last couple of inches. This cigar needs 3-4 months seasoning. |

Review notes: This cigar was a treat from start to finish. Had never tried this particular Partagas before as it was recommended by a friend. The cigar did not let me down. Exceptional quality once again from Partagas. The flavor is mild to medium and is consistant throughout. This cigar is staying in the rotation for sure. |

Review notes: This was the first time I had a Cuban Partagas, so I was eagerly waiting for the right moment to light this one up. A beautiful cigar in look, feel, and in smell. I almost didn't want to light it, and just hold it in display! After I made the cut I took a pre-light drag and took note of its firm, but still smooth draw. I toasted the foot and before I knew it I was sailing into cigar bliss. While this was a mild/medium cigar, I felt as though it really was more on the mild side. That brilliant Cuban tobacco taste hit me instantly. Its "that taste" that I can't put my finger on, but everyone who relates to Cuban cigars knows and so many cigars from outside of Cuba try and get. I'm a newbie when it comes to Cuban cigars so I look forward to coming back to this cigar (hey, I've got 9 more!). Great cigar! |
