Review notes: I smoked both Conservas and Brevas; it seems that Conservas have better construction and more consistent wrapper color.
I know that these come from Vuelto Arriba - secondary tobacco growing region, but they provide a wonderful smoking experience - the real cubanesque flavor that can not be duplicated anywhere else - these smoke better than any $5 cigars made in other countries.
A terific value at about $2.00 per stick! |

Review notes: they came in a bundle and were warped, dried and miss shaped. Bad out of the wrapper ( and by that i mean unsmokable) Left in the humi they are smokable but i am not enjoying them, i would save up more money ( they are quite cheap) and get a diplo #4 as these smokes cannot measure up |

Review notes: firstly, thanks to cuban lous for the outstanding delivery - i ordered these on monday afternoon and they arrived thursday morning - fantastic! these cigars aren't the prettiest, some were slightly squared off because of the packaging but i had read the previous reviews before ordering so it wasn't a surprise. lovely smell of cocoa/chocolate. this cigar lit well, slight uneven burn that corrected itself, then a wonderful woody flavour - plenty of smoke. enjoyed this right to the end. must confess i bought these because they were in the sale - the best $65 i've spent. highly recommended - will certainly try the other cigars in the range. |

Review notes: First time I smoked this particular cigar, and am planning to buy more. Very flavorful, easy draw, quite relaxing smoke.
I highly recommend this cigar for a quiet afternoon in the shade. |

Review notes: Just got my first shippment from CL! Fast and everything perfect! Got a box of these bad boys and could not wait to try and smoked one right away! I'm pretty new to smoking cubans but this was the best for the money I have ever had! Every puff tasted smooth and great kinda chocolate toned. Some cigars look a little flat but overall they look good and are constructed well. Burned great, but had a tight draw so I loosened it up and all was good! Smelled so good to! Man now I'm hooked! I would recommend to anyone. |

Review notes: If you are looking for a true Cuban experience this one fills the bill. It is not complex, trendy, beautiful, or even made with long filler, but if solid Cuban flavor, a good draw and reasonable burn is what you're after, it can be found here. The tobacco in these sticks don't come from the very best valley in Cuba but it doesn't seem to matter much. The aroma is delightfully woody and the smoke is rich with great Cuban tobacco flavor. Up until 2003 these were machine made. Since then they are "Totalmente a mano". I believe that the average Cuban cigar smoker, blindfolded, would have a hard time telling the difference between this stick and a Monte 4. |
