I have a question, maybe you can help. I live in Los Angelos and I am going to a resort for a week in Mexico.I know better than to by those cheap imitation cubans on the street.I know that I can’t bring Cubans back into the US. But If I pack them in my luggage,(not my carry on).Do you think it is worth the gamble, I do want to smoke my Cuban Lous down on the beach. And no, I am not bringing any of them home. Is this against the law, or safe or stupid………………..Louie

Take all the labels off the cigars and package them in zip top baggies. That way if you are are stopped by customs all you tell them is you bought them from a cigar roller working in a store, the beach, the street etc.
