Ok..before I start, I just want to say that this Blog is a work in progress. We will continually update the software to make this the best and most current from a feature perspective…ok…here we go…

Well, this is something new for us and myself, our very own Blog. This is definitely going to be interesting Over the last few years Blogs have become and powerful tool in presenting opinions, information, and insight while creating discussion amongst its readers. I have read many over the years and found them to be interesting for the most part. I am not sure why I didn’t do this sooner, but I guess I am one of those “first time callers, long time listeners”, if you know what I mean.

Cuban Lou’s has grown tremendously over the last almost 5 years. Through our quality products and commitment to customer service, we have become one of the top retailers worldwide. I can tell you one thing for sure, it is a very tough industry as you may imagine, especially Cuban Cigars. Nevertheless, we have many customers all over the world…and that is no exaggeration. For example, we have shipped to customers in Asia, Iceland, South Africa, Central America, Australia and the Middle East. We even have a customer in Northern Sumatra!

That being said the challenge I faced moving forward was to provide timely information and news to my customers. It became increasingly difficult over the last couple of years for me as I did not want to start sending tons of emails out every month…I didn’t think annoying customers would be a smart on my part, I am sure you guys get enough emails already. So, I only sent emails with a purpose, which I will continue to do for Specials, etc.

I will also use this Blog as a forum for gaining feedback concerning certain things such website features, specials, new products, etc. The most valuable resource I have is you, our customers.

So, finally…here we go…the launch of Cuban Lou’s Cigar Blog. Enjoy!!
