Review notes: Quite a few of us just split these along with the Dukes and the Upmanns. While the Bolivar has plenty of power, it also comes with that typical Boli spice, earth and leather, and lots of it for such a young cigar. The construction is perfect, the draw is good and with the Beliciso tip, you can alter the amount of smoke you get. With a first into the LE range it is quite a good cigar. Some say, these, more than the Dukes and Upmanns need the most down time, I say they're good to go now, and can only get better with time. |
